2 lb Glass WildFlower Honey

Our local wildflower honey is produced from a variety of different trees, shrubs, vines, ground flowers like Tulip Poplar, Black locust, Blackberry, chinese Privet, redbud, wild cherry, dutch white clover. Due to Tennessee's ever changing weather patterns our honeys color and flavor can change from year to year depending on the stability of our late winter-early spring weather. On years with mild/stable weather our honey will be lighter in color. Predominantly Clover/Privet/Blackberry. On years with a hard freeze (below 5 degrees F.) our honey will be a dark Amber color, mostly Tulip Poplar, red bud, wild Cherry, some Dutch white clover.
